  • buying, selling, or dealing in stock after the Stock Exchange has officially closed for the day, such deals being subject to normal Stock Exchange rules. In this way, dealers can take advantage of the fact that, because of time differences and the various stock exchanges round the world, there is almost always at least one stock exchange open throughout the twenty-four hours.
