Business Definition for: At Limit
- an instruction to a stockbroker to buy or sell a security within certain limits, usually not to sell below or to buy above a set price. A time limit is stipulated by the investor, and, if there has been no transaction within that period, the instruction lapses. It is also applicable to the commodity or currency markets.
