Business Definition for: Corporate Vision
- the overall goal of an organization that all business activities and processes should contribute toward achieving. Ideally, the workforce should be committed to, and driven by, the vision, because it is they who make it happen. As the vision nears achievement, a new corporate vision or an evolution of the existing one should be established. Corporate vision is usually summed up in a formal vision statement.
