- a form of discrimination through the unwelcome and unwanted sexual conduct of one employee toward another. Most of the victims of sexual harassment are women, and the most common forms are physical, verbal, suggestive gesturing, written messages, graphic or pictorial displays, or the emotional isolation of an individual. The effective promotion of a policy to protect employees and customers from such harassment is good organizational practice.
