  • a proposed plan for making a profit
  • a statement by an organization of the way in which it can provide value for a prospective customer. A value proposition is a marketing tool that explains why customers can benefit from a company's products or services. It can also be created for recruitment purposes, to show applicants the value of becoming an employee of the company.
